Me on lard: the Food Programme on BBC Radio 4

I pitched a story on lard to the Food Programme on Radio 4, and they agreed to run it. I crop up quite a bit on the recording, making lard in my kitchen with Tim Hayward and interviewing Jeremy Lee of Quo Vadis restaurant in Soho.

  1. I heard this show last week and commented to my partner on how good you sounded… very professional and very very interesting… i’ve been telling everyone I know how we all must start eating lard again (except my veggie friends who’l have to stick to butter!) x

  2. Avid listener of Food Programme and this was particularly good. Time Hayward was excellent as always but it was great to get the other side of the coin as far as sat fats go. I went on to read up about Gary Taubes after the podcast.
